Frame. The secret to any quality, long lasting building is the design and construction of its frame. The high tensile galvanised steel components are neat, clean and strong. They will never need painting in most low corrosive atmospheres and maintain their value and appearance for years.
Ranbuild offer two types of garage frames to suit different price markets. There is the economical Super range that screws together with minimum use of brackets and cleats to reduce costs. It offers great value for money for the customer wanting a low cost storage solution. Next there is the Deluxe garage range. Bigger and stronger with a fully bolted frame and heavy duty connections. It is available in wider spans, longer lengths and with higher walls than the Super range.
Single garage. Galvanised steel frame garages with one roller door. Doors may be located in the centre of the span or offset as illustrated. There are sizes available to suit most modern cars, utes or vans plus the option of extra storage space at the side or end of the building.
All garage models are available in two cladding profiles, two cladding thicknesses and four roof pitches. Every building comes complete including a fully illustrated book of assembly instructions.
Double garage. Big enough for a couple of vehicles with two doors side-by-side on one or both ends. The steel framed personnel access door and aluminium framed window may be located almost anywhere around the building.
Customising a Ranbuild garage is easy and cost effective. You can locate the personal door, windows and roller doors in the side or end walls. You can also select colours and a roof pitch to closely match your house.
Ranbuild garages make great week-enders, huts, construction or mine site sheds, etc. They are simple to line internally and their all steel construction makes them hard to burn or damage, and resistant to termites.
Multi car garages If you have lots of stuff, boats or vehicles that need secure storage then ask about our multiple bay garages. Because Ranbuild garages are modular construction, you can add almost as many bays as you want - with or without doors.
Optional extras include skylights, access doors and windows. You also have the choice of an awning on one or both sides. Up to two open side bays may also be added to any Ranbuild garage converting it into a garaport, play or BBQ area.

Garage Workshops Why not have the best of both worlds? Garage workshops offer plenty of space for a car and a boat, or two cars plus a full size work area with its own access door and window. Doors may be positioned to have a right hand or left hand configuration. Garage workshop combinations are one of our most popular models.
At Novobuild we can alter cladding and door configurations to make garages suit all sorts of uses. We have partition walls, a choice of access doors, a dozen window sizes and work benches just to name a few. For maximum comfort we can include ventilators and insulation to the roof and walls.
Commercial garages If you run a business and need secure storage for vehicles, plant or machinery, come and talk to us. We have a high end range of garages for contractors and business operators. Bigger and stronger than ordinary garages with wider doorways and higher clearances. Options include steel framed access doors and security window screens, commercial grade roller doors with either manual or electric operation.
Building approval. Councils and building approval authorities require all buildings, including garages, to comply with the relevant build codes. At Novobuild, we understand these requirements and can help you choose the correct garage for your needs and building site. We also provide most of the documentation required for your application.
